Bruce is a sport psychology practitioner with experience supporting Malaysia’s national athletes across various sports, including squash, field hockey, and sailing. His work centres on enhancing athletes’ performance through mental skills training, pre-competition preparation, and emotional regulation strategies to perform under pressure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Northumbria University (UK). With a strong passion for applied sport psychology, Bruce focuses on helping athletes strengthen focus, resilience, and confidence in both training and competition settings. He continues to explore evidence-based methods to bridge the gap between theory and practical application in sport.
