Shu En is a registered clinical psychologist with diverse range of experiences in providing mental health care to individuals of all ages. She completed Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology. With a profound understanding of human behavior and mental health issues, she aims to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
She believes that it is important to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard and understood. She hopes to do this through building strong therapeutic relationships. As well as helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering personal growth and resilience.
Shu En represented the Malaysian Softball national team as an athlete, as well as experiences in basketball and dodgeball. She shows passion for sports, understands the unique challenges and pressures faced by athletes, both on and off the field. Her approach combines evidence-based psychological techniques with an in-depth understanding of the sports environment, allowing her to support athletes in enhancing performance, managing stress, and overcoming obstacles. She is committed to help athletes achieve mental resilience, emotional balance, and peak performance in their pursuits.
