Louis Moi

Louis is a graduate of HELP University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT). He has a strong passion for sports psychology, with a particular focus on eSports.

Having competed in multiple sports, Louis developed a deep interest in understanding the psychological factors that influence performance and decision-making under pressure. This curiosity led him to work with eSports athletes, where he gained hands-on experience supporting competitors in managing emotions, enhancing focus, and sustaining performance.

Louis believes that optimal performance begins with emotional understanding and psychological safety. He adopts a humanistic, athlete-centered approach while integrating solution-focused strategies to help individuals and teams perform at their best. With his empathetic personality and practical mindset, Louis aims to create a safe and supportive environment where athletes can process emotions, build mental resilience, and compete with confidence.
