Shazwanie Izzati

Wanie is a Bachelor of Psychology with Human Resource Development (Honour) graduate from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). She has successfully completed a thesis related to Personality and Sport Psychology. Passionate about sports, she finds herself constantly drawn to the thrill of competition and her enjoyment of sports.  Her passion is not limited to a specific game or team but it’s a holistic appreciation for the spirit of competition, the beauty of athleticism, and the universal language that sports speak. From a young age, she is interested in various sports, including football, hockey, and badminton. Over the years, Wanie has actively sought to understand the games, the athletes, and the mental aspects that influence performance. Her research in Personality and Sports Psychology reflects this dedication. Wanie's goal is to leverage her knowledge and love for sports to help others achieve their athletic aspirations and peak mental performance.
